3-Step Return Process:
- Call and notify your Anchor sales representative as soon as you discover a Customer Issue.
- Once appropriate information is received, you will be given an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number and issued a return label via email or fax.
- Your issue will be resolved and/or shipped in a timely manner.
